ROTARY YEAR 1999-2000
Club Service:
Host Programme: We had introduced a new concept of ‘Meeting Hosts’. Under the programme an Anne and a Rotarian act as the Hosts for a particular meeting and attempt at making it more interesting and lively. The meeting held with Hosts saw the seating arrangement vary from Classroom setting, Boardroom Setting to Oscar awards setting, with drinks also sponsored by the hosts (though not compulsory). A meeting in August was resplendent in its grace with Oscar awards like seating, roving mike, drinks on the house, ‘Mask Dance’ with foot tapping music and a sumptuous continental meal.
